You could bribe your coworkers with candy.
Try keeping several very large jars with several types
of candy, or perhaps pretzels, at your desk. Give it
away freely. People will feel obligated to give
you something in return, and might at least be
willing to try your tools.
Be sure to replace the candy if it gets stale. If you want to be *very* clever, give away pretzels at your desk and drinks near their manager's desk. When they eat your pretzels and then go for water, the boss can ask, "so, how are those tools working out?" Just be subtle about it, don't start it all at once.
