you may consider the opposite approach as well:
looking at bad code, and understanding why it is bad i.e., you can use the super search facility to get some examples. the important thing is to get commented code. if you can't imagine why that particular code is bad, a clarifying word will open your eyes and an 'aha' effect happens.
