I personally don't mind this question, as it is technical
in nature and isn't too annoying.
When PGSQL died out, is it still running? If the template
db didn't get created, does it stop you from creating real
dbs and use them?

<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
