When i was writing X11 code on Suns, we called that 'write-only-code'. It made sense just then, when you had sucked up everything you needed to write it. Next day, the inevitable slippage occurs, you forget stuff, and the code makes no sense at all. But does the code work? and can you maintain it ;) --bibo

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
