I don't think there are any docs on using CGI::Prototype with those other modules. You have to get that by knowing all those other modules and then figuring out that "aha, they can work together!". You can ask your questions on the cgi-prototype users mailing list, set up by our own princepawn.

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
