I suppose it would be a bit too tongue-in-cheek to call it "XML::Wizard"...
Since it has the potential (according to the user's skill/intent) of being either perfectly compliant with or unconstrained by certain XML "constraints", perhaps better to call it "Text::XMLout" (oops, there's that tongue in the cheek again), or even just Text::XML (there's nothing by either name as yet).
(update: in case anyone missed the pun, the Webster's definition of "Lout" is "noun: an awkward brutish person")

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
