Maybe I shouldn't have ++ it this node, but I must admit that it's quite fast and simple... Obviously the speed of the script is mainly due to the fact that strredwolf has done his own XML (pseudo)parser. I talked with him on the CB and he didn't want to have the overhead of loading the regular parsing module. I agree that the XML output for the chatterbox is really simple, but I would not advise anyone to do so, especially in the Real World ™, just to gain on the overhead of the XML parsing with tools like XML::Parser, XML::Twig, XML::Simple or XML::PYX. Anyway, nice client strredwolf!
