This is not a Perl question (at least I don't think so). Since you are using Linux you will find that X Windows is your friend. Lets assume that you have the machines 192.168.1.100 to run from and 192.168.1.200 to display on, first allow the other machine to open windows on the 192.168.1.200 one by issuing the following command (on 192.168.1.200) xhost + 192.168.1.100
Then launch the browser with: iceweasel -display 192.168.1.200:0 -new-window 'http://www.google.fr/'

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
