It worries me that PerlApp induces authors to stamp 'Copyright © 2000 ActiveState Tool Corp.' on their work. It also worries me that DMCA supposedly prevents their even knowing that they have done so.

Given the diseased condition of U.S. justice and IP law, I don't believe I'd risk using PerlApp.
