Here it is in French. I don't speak French, but the picture said it all. (The fish's version sounded a little funny in places.) Another thing I saw after googling for that was a reference to Wired '96, but I don't see where they have stuff archived....

    Yeah, that's the story .. the photo I remember showed more of the guy (bald head, no shirt?) and less of the tatoo, but that is definitely the story. Glad to hear my memory is going on me. Very cool.
