Install a CPAN module at x locationby skazat (Chaplain) |

skazat has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question: Dearest Monks, Is there a simple way to have the CPAN shell install a module in a specific directory? There are times when I want it to install in a directory other than what I specified as my perllib directory in CPAN's Config- for example, bundling the latest version of a CPAN module in a program I distribute. setting: o conf init makepl_arg /home/myaccount/test/lib on the CPAN shell doesn't seem to do what I want.
