in thread Casting One's Vote in the Boothe of Voting (twice)

Does that mean that since my company works through a proxy, that only one of us can vote? Since I haven't been mysteriously blocked, I guess the other Perl addicts don't vote (or don't vote faster then me). Hmmmm. Gotta tell them to come here again.

Perhaps we can argue that voting is only for logged-in monks, or maybe AnonMonk gets only one vote. Then we can get one vote per monk, not one vote per IP.

/me agrees this would be preferrable. Or using login name if you're logged in, and IP if you're not. I don't know how many people would actually go through the trouble of voting unlogged in, then revoting.

But I generally agree that AM should only have one vote. And it goes to whoever gets there first.
