Re^3: Module::Build users -- please use the "traditional" create_makefile

"All the work of setting up nmake" consists of downloading nmake15.exe, unpacking it, and copying both files into the same directory that perl.exe lives in. Which is all that's needed to make CPAN.pm and EU::MM Just Work.
