You seem to mischaracterize their intentions if not perhaps their current implementation. They seem to be interested in advocacy rather than training primarily, with training being merely one avenue to an end, following more along the lines of what was discussed Here.

Also, their content appears to be if not unique at least uniquely presented, and certainly doesn't compare to the sites you list (though I agree that linking to those sites would be an improvement, after all, TMTOWTDI).
