The "patent" actually states:
"In a preferred embodiment, the network is the Internet. Preferably, requests are made by browsing clients in the form of URLs and output signals are supplied back to browsing devices in the form of hypertext mark-up language commands." So it appears to be claiming patent over anything that generates html on the fly.
