in reply to Redux: News and Needs in New Orleans

I apologize for not noticing that a query I had made to one of my associates (about how I could do the ordering myself) had not been returned, so the task fell off my radar. I have just now delegated the entire task for providing these books to my able and capable operations manager, and the books should be on their way shortly.

Sorry about that. Perhaps I'm juggling too many things. {sigh}

Be sure to read my standard disclaimer if this is a reply.

update: Argh, just heard back that O'Reilly is closed until the new year for ordering! My timing is apparently ugly.

    Merlyn,

    Thank you so very much! Throughout all of this it has continually amazed me how kind and generous folks have been. Most especially those who have never met us.

    These books will see me back on my feet in good stead and I cannot express my appreciation strongly enough. We have been able in the last week to begin living in New Orleans again in an upstairs apartment. No hot water or stove yet but progress is being made.

    Thank you!!!

    Peace,

    David Martin / JerryGarciuh
