Your approach is way too subtle! I recommend the "Sledgehammer Method" to co-worker management.

If you co-workers refuse to learn, hit them repeatedly with a very large sledgehammer until they do learn. A few will not make the grade, but HR can replace them with more suitable replacement workers.

If HR fails to produce suitable replacement workers, the "Sledgehammer Method" can also be applied to improve the quality of HR managers! It's foolproof!!!
