The security risk can be avoided with DBM::Deep or Storable.

Has those modules been analyzed fom a security perspective? There are no C-like buffer overruns possible, but...?

Storable is well tested by the community, and generally considered safe. I don't know about DBM::Deep, but dragonchild should be able to answer this one. -nuffin zz zZ Z Z #!perl	[reply]
