Okay, it's not Google Solar System, but there are initiatives in place to search solar physics data, and we're working on merging them all to try to get to the point where you can search geophysics and space physics data through a single API, so that it can then all be visualized within a single browser:

There are also a number of night time virtual observatories, which are looking at things outside the solar system for the most part (EuroVO, US-VO, SkyView)
