Rexcel has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi! Im trying run my application on a real server... But this message appears when i try to run the server... Invalid command 'PerlResponseHandler', perhaps mis-spelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration... Do I need to do something more before I can launch my application? Thanks!

    Is mod_perl installed?

    Dave

based on test.pl that i've launched there is an existing mod_perl/2.0.1... What do you think is the problem?

You need to install the correct perl/apache modules, and configure your apache properly.

    Apache 1.x requires mod_perl-1.
    Apache 2.x requires mod_perl-2.
http://perl.apache.org can help you with either version.

    I run a Win32 PPM repository for perl 5.6.x and 5.8.x -- I take requests (README).

Yah, i've already installed the right module... i have an apache2.0.54 with mod_perl2.0.1... But still the problem occurs.
So you're halfway there. Now just configure apache properly and you'll be done.
