Yah, i've already installed the right module... i have an apache2.0.54 with mod_perl2.0.1... But still the problem occurs.

    So you're halfway there. Now just configure apache properly and you'll be done.

      mod_perl2 told you (Rexcel) during installation how to configure it for Apache2. If you have installed from binary package, probably the line LoadModule perl_module modules/ is missing in httpd.conf.
