    I'm glad you posted that. I remember reasding it but coultn't find it recently.

    I think that my suggestion (in the same thread) might be useful also.

    It will allow you to have a quick look to see what files etc, the perl.exe process is using. It will allow you to narrow down what the script is doing. This is especially useful if the script isn't running as a result of a webserver. And it's a useful tool to have anyway to tame Windows NT!!
