I got into programming beginning with HTML starting in middle school and then found that Logowriter (on the Mac) was kind of cool. Then I moved up to Basic, Pascal, C and found that all that was easier to do in Linux. I have been an avid Linux user for about 10 years now and am currently working as a developer on EnGarde Secure Linux and I am one of the maintainers of Linux Security. I have a solid foundation in system's administration and C, C++, Pascal, COBOL, PHP, Perl, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Experience History I have also been in the military for about 7 years now and am 1LT (P). I have been to Iraq and back and much prefer the weather here in the US. Should you have any reason to desire more information, you can get to my personal webpage at http://eric.lubow.org/. I also maintain a personal blog. It contains a bunch of things Perl related for those interested. Programming ProjectsGetCRRThis perl script will pull all users' SMTP addresses from your Active Directory (including primary and secondary email addresses) and list them in the format "user@example.com OK" which Postfix uses with relay_recipient_maps. It will also automatically create a mynetworks file, transport file, and relay_domains file to ensure all information is properly included. DSpam-SA PluginThis Perl module allows SpamAssassin to make use of the results of DSpam. This is my first hack at it and it is working very well in my production environment. All comments/concerns are certainly welcome. |
