not so much a pure perl tool, but I have successfully used Windoze's <b>netsh</b> to query a bunch of M$ DHCP servers remotely. Netsh also serves a lot of other purposes in the windows world. Just type <code>netsh help</code> in a Windows console window and make your way through the documentation. It's more powerfull as it looks like at first sight<br>I use perl scripts with <code>system('netsh...')</code> calls.
