I always use the shift-key, even on my Zaurus. Even on windows, even when I thereafter must tell windows not to enable its 'sticky key' feature.

I got used to using the Shift key because every computer I currently own is running Debian, so I don't generally have to worry about the sticky keys thing. On the rare occasion when I find myself having to wake up Windows systems five times without using any other keys between times, though, the sticky keys thing bites me -- which, of course, annoys me. C'est la vie. I guess that's just another reason to go back to my Debian laptop again at my earliest opportunity.
