Being Welsh - Lamb is always at the top of my list. I worked for a short amount of time at an abbotoirs in Mid Wales which processed a 1000 sheep a day, blood and guts everywhere, foul stench, but I still walked around hungry, and my mouth drooling at the sight of all that lamg hanging up! Why was this not on the original list.
