By the way, I noticed that most of the PDL documentation was written between the years 2000 and 2001. Do you have any idea why is that? Just guessing, but my hunch is that large portions of the whole Perl community are collectively holding their breath for Perl6. This could be taken as a good sign, suggesting that folks plan on porting their modules/toolkits/frameworks to Perl6 at some point.
