Perhaps you should take a look at PPM::Repositories, as detailed in A guide to installing modules for Win32. Alternatively check out for Camel Pack or Strawberry Perl which come with a C compiler and make for building Cpan modules.

    I have installed WWW::SearchResult from cpan, however I am still getting the same result, i.e nothing happens ust www::search::yahoo printed multiple times
