<Geek alert> You're partially correct. The word given by the Wizard Shazam to Billy Batson was the acronym SHAZAM. Excellent! Alfred Bester came up with both. He was guest of honor at a science fiction convention in NYC, and during a speech he mentioned that. He then added "But I can't remember the damn thing at all!" "In brightest day, in blackest night, no evil shall escape my sight.
