I'm with SFLEX on this, on the same principle as package data - if a user wants to deliberately avoid the published interface, then that's entirely their problem.

Also, there are circumstances whereby a call of the nature &subname; has to be made - I've not yet found a way of achieving that using the method call notation .oO(Maybe that's me demonstrating, yet again, just how little knowledge of this wonderful language I posess).

A user level that continues to overstate my experience :-))
