Do you know the words, or are they unknown to you? Do you assume that, because two words appeared in the same paper, they must be identical or similar in some way? What do you mean by 'keywords', and 'papers'? Do they have the same meaning as in scientific research, where 'paper' is a scientific article and 'keyword' is a research subject, organism of interest, or method?
