Go read CGI.pm, then reconsider your question.

Yes, strictures and warnings are helpful tools, but nothing more.


My criteria for good software:
  1. Does it work?
  2. Can someone else come in, make a change, and be reasonably certain no bugs were introduced?
  • Comment on Re: Should code that does not use strict even be considered here?
