I just did a search on CPAN and came across this module.
RTF-Writer I was unable to install it using the GPM that comes with IndigoPerl. No problem though! I just copied the RTF directory under the module's lib directory into my c:\perl\lib\ directory and I was writing RTF files! I hope this works for you.
