Then surely the common denominator in all of this is you? You can either ensure your perl environment is configured correctly (cpan, ppm etc), or 'fix' your code.
Given all of the advice you've ignored so far on this one problem could it be that you are once again posting not for help in finding out what is wrong and how to fix it (since this you've already been told this), but for someone to do it for you? This isn't http://www.rentacoder.com.
In all seriousness, you've been posting here for six years. Don't you think its time that you took some of the advice you've been given, learned the basics? It'd make your life a lot easier.
