Your code snippet comes straight out of the module synopsis, so far for "original work". And of course it will not do what you want.

And looking over the module source, I can find no mention of the word "host". So I don't think the module does it.

As it apparently is just an interface to a command line tool "dmidecode" which doesn't even take arguments (in this module), I can only recommend to run the command line tool by hand and see if the data you're after is even there. If it is, you might be able to amend the module to produce the info you're after.

BTW the man page for dmidecode doesn't mention "host" either.
