Perl isn't a language its [sic] a program. Ah, you have it backwards. Perl is the language, `perl` is the program. See perlfaq1. Oh, wait — you said "Plus Perl". I don't know that language (or program). Sounds cool. Is there an ISO standard for Perl? a BNF grammar chart? Those things aren't necessary to be a language.
