    Your insight into what languages comprise this site is interesting.

    But as has already been pointed out to you, there is http://blogs.perl.org, where people loosely associated with Perl who want to blog can blog. There also is http://perlsphere.net/ for aggregating other Perl-people-related blogs. I don't see any value in adding yet another blogging platform here, especially seeing that even blogs.perl.org has to fight off spammers.

      I understand. But are you saying that I am wrong about the sites makeup?

        About 99% of this site are written in Perl and SQL, driving Apache+mod_perl, which are written in C resp. XS. There is a tiny bit of Javascript, but I doubt that it's visible to the outside.
