Then do the debugging GrandFather suggested as a start.
"Can you provide me the modified code ?"
That is definitely not how this site works. We don't do your work for you. You need to show your own effort. We are but humble volunteers here; we're not being paid to write code for people. We offer help to those who help themselves. With that said, do the testing that was asked of you as a start as I already said. After that, and we know the results, we can help further.

<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
