hmm, it's very likely i'll be putting on more weight, but just as unlikely that it'll be from eating and/or getting fat - i've been doing alot of strength training lately, so i've (happily) went from 130lbs to around 138 over the last few weeks, and there's no signs of slowing down, either. ((:
something to note, too: increasing your exercise and activity level -before- you start chowing down on the holiday hams can help prevent the unwanted pounds at best, or at least keep the 'damage' to a minimum. not to mention, it'll probably make you feel better in the long run anyways. (8
