Out of curiousity, does anyone think that there should be
a rule out there that a node that has negative reputation cannot be front paged. This has possibly been discussed before, but I just noticed it with How do I use Perl. Of course the replies have positive reputation, should that be part of the critera? Node with negative reputation but has replies with positive reputation is okay to be Front Paged? Or just a flat rule that no Parent node with negative reputation is allowed on the front page? Then again, maybe I'm just being picky. What do you all think?

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
