I suspect that there is something going on with my circular includes, as I do not get the warning if I remove one half of circle. I think the problem is caused by 'use' commands in each module interacting badly with 'use' commands in the super-package that ties everything together. As the modules are never used except through this, I have removed all the redundant calls, and the warnings seem to have disappeared. Thanks to everyone for their help!

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
