It doesn't compile or run. Perhaps someone could shed new light on how to do it..
my ($light, $salvation) = @Lord; # The Lord is my light and my salvati
+on;
$whom = shall($I{fear}); # whom shall I fear?
my $life{strength} = @Lord; # The Lord is the strength of my life
+;
$whom = shall($I{'be afraid'}); # of whom shall I be afraid?
However, who says that poetry has to run or compile ;)
Update: retitled - Thanks jdporter for pointing out my spelling mistake.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
