I am aware of several books on Perl for System Administration (and even one about Windows SA)ORA, New Riders.
Windows books that you might be interested in:
- Win32 Perl Programming: The Standard Extensions (2nd Edition)
- Win32 Perl Scripting: The Administrator's Handbook
- Learning Perl on Win32 Systems
- Programming Perl in the .Net Environment
All of these books are available through the major online retailers.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
