I agree on seeing a entry specific to martial arts, but from what you describe, aren't you doing something closer to sport fighting? I'm not saying that there is any thing wrong with sport fighting, but I generally don't consider wrestling, boxing, Tae Kwon Do (most forms, anyway), or kickboxing to be martial arts. They are designed for competition and exercise more than anything, whereas a martial art is specifically for killing/maiming an enemy during a battle (indiviual or otherwise).
Let me state again, just in case I'm misunderstood, I'm not making any judgements about the relative merits of sport fighting and martial arts, I am merely poining out a difference.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
