The perlnewsbot gets the new Perl news from Perl News, but there is no credit given (that I saw) anywhere as to where it
gets the news. I think it would be appropriate to, and Chris Nandor told me, that if this is to be done,
a copyright notice and link back to Perl News MUST be given. He asked me to refer you (vroom) to this FAQ, which
says this in 'How can I redistribute Perl News'.

Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
