You'll have to LEARN !

Hint, here is a (non exhaustive) list of what is required :

Good skill in at least on language (C/C++,Perl)
(I've included C/C++ only beccause you have to know them to understand Buffer overflow,format string attacks...)
Good TCP/IP understanding
Decent systeme administration knowledge
Low level knowledge (Asm, hardware...)
But most of all you'll have to like challenges.

Of course you can just try to use the tons of script out there without understanding them (and often without being able to make them work)... But in this case I wonder what you're doing here.
