Came in late on this one but cream of wheat, some sort of meat, most likely sausage, orange juice, and a protein shake are optimal for me. Note, I said "optimal". Typical breakfast consists of a protein shake, and if I can find any, pop tarts or those little delicious donettes. I'd say if there's one meal that I really should be careful of and take more seriously, it's breakfast. Completely alters your day when you have a good meal in you early in the morning.
