You may want to read the previous request
for this feature. I think it's come up other times as
well, but that was the only link I found on turnstep's
page.
Update: In case my intent isn't clear,
I want to mention that I'm not trying to discourage
bringing up ideas that have already been said before.
On the contrary, I think that re-starting discussion
every so often reminds us of the idea and also allows
people who missed the earlier discussion to add input.
I think the new discussion is just better when it draws
upon all the ideas that came up during previous iterations.
Oh, and I don't think darobin misunderstood my intent,
I just felt it could be misunderstood when I reread my
post.

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
