How do you escape square brackets so that they show up in "normal" text?

I've found that you can put < Code> tags around the text but that is not always convienient. I suppose you only really need to be able to escape a left square bracket due to the wonders of matching brackets ] (as an aside: This links to 2 nodes that mortals do not seem to be able to view) In reply to escaping square brackets. by kryten
