Any suggestion what I should be looking for? I compared the PATH in %ENV, cygwin set ans cmd set. They are the same except that the cmd set PATH variable does not contain /usr/local/bin and /usr/bin	[reply]

Any suggestion what I should be looking for? Everything OTOH, some of the paths you used don't look cygwin specific, so since cygwin isn't win32, mixing win32 paths and cygwin paths could be a problem	[reply]
